2 Ways to Raise Your Energy to Call What You Desire and Deserve
The truth is… Everything is energy.
Science shows us that everything is made up of energy. It's in the building block of all matter. The same energy that composes your body is also the one that makes up bricks of the house you live in. Your car, phone, animals, trees, you name it, are all composed of energy.
Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.”
Nikola Tesla said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
When you think of the laws of the universe we all have heard of the law of attraction, and if you’re like most people you probably have a very definite reaction to it. Either you believe in the power of these laws, or you think that they’re a a weird hoax.
But here’s what most people don’t know… The law of attraction is a secondary law to the law of vibration. In a nutshell, the law of vibration means that everything moves and nothing rests... Essentially when you think of something, whether through your conscious or subconscious mind, you set off a chain of reactions that change the vibration of your body.
So while you might not be able to explain why it works, you can observe that it does work.

Here are two ways that I raise my vibration:
Focus on Gratitude
Gratitude vibrates at 540 MHz. Being grateful falls on the same level as love — it is one of the highest vibrational frequencies you can be at. The more time you can spend feeling gratitude, the more your body's frequency raises and the healthier your body becomes. The more intentional you are about spending time being thankful, then the more endorphins our body starts to make and the more energized our body starts to feel.
Going on a Rampage
I first heard of this from Abrahams Hicks, but this is one of the greatest ways to getting embodied with what you desire! Essentially with this strategy, you are talking about what it is you want as if you already have it. For example, you may say, “I am so excited for the three new clients that I just called into my group coaching program, and the amazing testimonials that they’ve been sharing since joining. Clients love to pay me so I knew I could do it.”
Here are some reflective questions to consider today as you begin to think about ways to effectively raise your energy:
How was I a match energetically for what I am experiencing?
What does this experience say about my beliefs?
What do I need to believe instead to change my outcome?
How can I begin to prioritize this new belief?
