How to Balance

Are you balancing a lot?
Is it causing you to drop the ball on a important tasks?
I get it. It's hard to balance home, work, business and other responsibilities .
In order to get a grip on your schedule follow these three tips :
1. Stop giving value to things that aren't pushing you closer to your goals (I.e. Watching TV, always being on your phone etc.)
2. Make a schedule AND stick to it. When people call or new emails come through stop responding to them immediately. If that is not built into your schedule. When you put your schedule first you will be way more productive.
3. Say no to things that aren't serving you. You do not have to agree to everything that people ask of you. When you reduce your commitments you are much more likely to accomplish what you desire.
