How to find more things to be grateful for

Gratitude is a life-changing practice. The problem is that most people are inconsistent with it or just do it to check off a task. With gratitude you have to be intentional about focusing on the things in your life that we should be showing gratitude for. Now I recognize that sometimes life can get the best of us things may not be going our way and it can be challenging to find things to be grateful for.
So today I wanna share one strategy that I have used to be more intentional about finding gratitude within my life. I challenge you to join me on this journey and watch how it not only shifts your thoughts and your actions but ultimately your life as well.
 
GIFT TECHNIQUE
When thinking about things you’re grateful for, look for instances of:
  • Growth
  • Inspiration
  • Friends/family
  • Tranquility
  • Surprise
