National Quitters Day

Did you know that January 19, 2020 has been revealed as the day people are most likely to abandon their New Year’s resolutions?

Maybe you saved the first two weeks but this week you’re saving less

Maybe you worked out four days a week, but this week you only worked out once

Maybe you began writing bu your book but then this week you decided to watch tv instead

These are some signs you’re starting to falter

I share this not to discourage you but to motivate you NOT to quit!

It’s easy to quit, but it's hard to be consistent.

The difference is that the rewards of consistency are far better.

Whether it’s working out, saving money, writing a book, healing or whatever else most people begin strong but then with time, life's responsibilities and poor habits and routines they fall off.

I know it’s frustrating because you truly desire to accomplish what you set out to do but it just seems like you can’t get out of your own way!

I get it!

If you want something different you have to do something different PERIOD!

You must commit to your New Years' resolution and big goals regardless of how you feel or regardless of how inconvenient it feels.

In the beginning, the work is hard, but in the end, it's worth it.
