Three Ways To Be Kind To Yourself

You probably find it easy to be nice to other people, but you find it challenging to find ways to be kind to yourself %FIRSTNAME%?

Why is it so easy to be kind to others but it feels impossible to be kind to yourself?

I wish that more people understood the importance of self-kindness and made it a regular practice. Self-kindness will help you to improve your overall confidence, remind you of your worth and will help you to feel happier. It is literally the key component of self care.

Ways to be kind to yourself

  • give yourself permission to relax guilt-free
  • if you make a mistake instead of beating yourself up chose to focus on what you can learn and acknowledge you’re human
  • Celebrate yourself with how you have grown and what you have accomplished


Your own inner critic may not always say nice things about you. People around you may attack you or try to bring you down but your job is to be kind to yourself no matter what.

Being kind to yourself in everyday life is in my experience one of the best things you can do for yourself.

We don’t have to wait until we have done something amazing to show compassion we can chose to be kind to ourselves every day.
