Creating brand ambassadors for your course

Have you considered a customer affiliate or loyalty program? For example if people refer others they could get a discount or payment.
Have you considered creating a follow up of your program. For example I have my book writing boot camp to help people write their books, but I also have the market your message course which they can chose to enroll in when they are done with the book writing boot camp.
Having offerings that give your client wrap around service and having programs to remind your clients of how valuable they are is totally life changing.
Your clients are 10x's more likely to come back or stay if you give them a reason to. Also based on a study by The National Law Review it can cost 5x more to acquire new customers than to keep current ones .
Great service is a good way to get people, showing up for their needs is the best way to keep them.
So many wonder how to provide outstanding service. You can choose to talk to your clients and ask for their feedback. By personalizing a clients journey and experience through the data you gathered from them you can find new and creative ways to support your audience beyond what you're already doing or considering.
Another strategy you can use is to think about your relationship with different organizations or coaches. What experiences have you had that made you want to keep working with them or shopping there? What are some experiences that made you pull away? Don't you want to feel valuable as a client? What are some things that make you feel that way?
When I think about what my clients have shared with me they say I help them all around with their concerns AND I consistently show up (you will be surprised how many people promise what they are unwilling to deliver). In fact a study by Oracle shows that 89% of customers begin business with a competitor following a poor customer experience – don't give them a reason to leave you. I show up because I enjoy what I do, but I also show up because I learn from my clients EVERY.SINGLE.DAY!
You want your clients to know you actually care about them. Right?
When you do this you increase your IMPACT and your INCOME! Show your audience you're different and that you care.
In addition to retaining amazing clients when you find ways to show your current clients how much you value them you increase the chance you have to earn new clients. Research shows the people are more likely to purchase when someone they know validates the product/service/program to begin with. Modern consumers trust peers more than ads, social media posts, pics of testimonials etc. So who will you have as an ambassador for your brand? And how can you give them something good to share?
Loyalty and affiliate programs have been downplayed for years, but now people are recognizing the POWER of them. Overall by crafting a creative customer experience with your course will pay off in the long run for both your client and yourself. 
So when you think about your program-how can you come up with creative strategies to get and keep your current customers and have them telling the world why they need to join as well?
