How to overcome writers block

Writer's block....we will all run into it at one time or another. The problem is some people crumble from it others push past it. Which one will you be?

When I began my book writing journey I thought it would be smooth sailing once I had an idea and an outline, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I was running into writer's block with what seemed like every other day. It was awful, but I desperately had a dream I wanted to accomplish and I knew that this was not going to help me make that happen. One thing I learned in this experience was that I would not and could not let writer's block take over my life. This is when I became committed to fighting past it. In today's article, I am going to share why we often have writer's block and more importantly tools to try to fight past it.

Common causes of writer’s block are

  • Timing: Feeling overwhelmed or busy with a tight schedule. This can distract you from writing
