The most common self-sabotaging behaviors include procrastination, self -medication with drugs or alcohol, setting goals and stopping or even self-harm.
Some of us know we are sabotaging while others of us aren’t even aware of it. Regardless it impacts your life and without removing our self-sabotage habits you won’t be able to find the success you deserve and desire.
