How Do You Start Off Your Morning?

When you think of your morning routine do you think it is helping or hurting you?

​​During the first 20 minutes after we wake up is when our brain is most vulnerable Unfortunately, we often fill our waking hours with being rushed, hurried, or annoyed because we are waking up to alert clocks, old emails and text messages etc.
