How to Use a Napkin to Organize and Write Your eBook

The idea of having to summarize your eBook or to even get started with writing it can feel extremely overwhelming. If anyone understands that I do.

I had so many ideas but seriously no concept about the best way to approach it.

When I began a business program I came across a few coaches that would use the content napkin strategy to creating a business offer and even write a business plan.

With how intense business plans and content creation is I decided to take the concept and make it my own.

I have since taken this concept and used in organizing my eBooks and helping my clients do the same.

You’re probably wondering what does a napkin have to do with writing an eBook so hear me out…

Let’s imagine you’re sitting at a restaurant with a good friend of yours and they hear you’re writing an eBook and want know more about it. You decide you wanna tell them but you have no clue how to wrap it so you pull out the napkin as you take the most pressing parts of the eBook and jot them down just enough so they fit on the napkin.

That napkin layout is the summary of your eBook and what you will use to begin to organize your eBook. The cool thing is the napkin actually serves as a test. It ensures that your eBook is not to under or overwhelming and it has just the right amount of content to draw your reader in.

It is also a great tool to hold on to because when its time to launch and publish your eBook you have a very simple way to explain what your readers will get by ordering and reading your eBook.

So what I challenge you to do today is to take that and put yourself in that situation and begin to organize and outline your eBook today.
