3 Simple Hacks To Increase Your Clarity

When you’re working on a new goal it can sometimes feel overwhelming regarding how to get started or even how to continue. In order to ensure you’re taking intentionally aligned steps you will need to have clarity around the goal you want to achieve. Clarity is defined as the quality or state of being clear. It’s literally one of the most important parts of the goal setting journey. If you want to be successful with your goals you need to create clarity

Today I want to share 3 strategies you can use to ensure clarity as it relates to your goals.

Reflection

How many times are we doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. If you want something different you have to do something different and the only way to know what to do is to take time to reflect on what’s working and what’s not. When setting goals I recommend reflecting regularly. This allows you to check in regarding what’s working and what’s not and make shifts accordingly.

Visualization

It’s a POWERFUL and life changing tool that you definitely need to involve in your goal setting process. Simply put If you can see your goal played out in your mind you can see it lived out in your reality. Visualization is a tool that many Olympic athletes use to prepare for their competitions and crazy enough when they visualize their body has a biochemical response as if they were actually competing and in turn they usually perform better. Declutter Your Life

Research says that a cluttered environment leads to a cluttered mind. And I can promise that if you’re setting a goal with a foggy mind the outcome will reflect that. So when you want clarity consider what needs to be decluttered around you to free up your mind. Clean your car so you can drive safely, clear up your night stand so you can rest peacefully and organize your work space so you can increase your productivity.

Of all of the three steps notice the key to clarity is slowing down. Yes! Sometimes we have to slow down to speed up and when we slow down we can move forward more intentionally. When you gain clarity you take control of your success! Are you ready?
