Manifestation Affirmations

Manifestation begins with positive thoughts. Essentially you’re going to attract what you’re an energetic match for. When you become more aware of your thoughts and your surroundings, you start to notice relationships between what you think and what manifests itself in your life.

If you’re reading this then you know you’re ready to create the life and business you desire and deserve.

And that begins with reframing your thoughts to align with what you want to call into your life.
Just a few short years ago scientists believed that our brain couldn't or wouldn't change after childhood.

After further research they realized that was FALSE!

The truth is our brain is adaptable like plastic that’s why scientists call it neuroplasticity.

Studying this blew my mind!

Our brain is like a grid that has a ton of pathways that light up when we think, feel or do something

Some of these pathways are well traveled which is what we call habit- our establish way of thinking feeling and doing

Every time we feel or do something it strengthens this pathway making it easier and easier for our brain to travel that pathway

When you think about something differently or try to develop a new habit you begin to carve out a new pathway the more you continue to do this.

If you keep traveling this pathway your brain uses it more and more and the new way of thinking feeling and doing becomes second nature

We all have done this before and have the power to do it again in alignment with what you desire

Let's use affirmations for example.....

Daily affirmations are simple, positive statements declaring specific goals

While it sounds rather simple these affirmations have a huge impact on your subconscious mind

I actually like to compare daily affirmations to exercise for our mind.

The reason for affirmations is it allows you to let go of the negative thoughts and beliefs than bombard your mind and replace it with positive thoughts feelings and beliefs. Affirmations take you out of limited zone/ comfort zone to a growth zone.

Affirmations are a great way to create new synapses in your brain because they interrupt your current brain wiring.

When you use affirmations to break the pattern of your negative thought patterns

You are literally creating a new brain path also known as neuroplasticity

So let’s talk about the steps to creating affirmations that allow you to manifest the life you love.

The first step to be able to manifest through affirmations is to identify what it is that you want, not what you don't want. I see so many people that try to manifest with a negative thought pattern. They say things like “I am debt free”.

Here is a really cool fact.Your subconscious mind does not register negatives. So when you say something like I am debt free, your subconscious mind essentially heard the word debt, and much like a robot, is actually going to be drawn to attract more of that.

In order to avoid this reframe the thought. If you're not debt free, maybe your credit card is paid off and you have an extra 10k in your bank account. So let's say that number together is 20K, right? The affirmation would be instead “ I have an extra 20k” or “money flows to me easily and effortlessly”.


The second step is to identify the statement you want for your affirmation and get behind it energetically.


When I talk about being able to get energetically behind your affirmation, this is pivotal because if you stand in the mirror every single day and you say, I'm a millionaire, but your subconscious mind is battling you and responding with “girl, you don't even have $5 in your bank account”. No matter how many times you say that affirmation, you are naturally going to resist it. This is why I say you want to energetically be able to get behind it. In order to effectively do that, I like to create what I call stair step Affirmations.

Stair step Affirmations are essentially allow you to slowly work your way up to your ultimate/top floor affirmation. So let's say, for example, you know that you want a 10k month in business, that's your top floor. And right now, you don't even know what to create to sell for your business.

Your affirmations may start with “ I show up consistently in my business”,

Then “it’s a gift for me to share my passion with the world”.


Next “ I connect with 2 new people each day”.


Next up “I get one new client a month”.


Then “5k months are my new norm” and finally “10k months are my birthright.


Notice you did not jump from having nothing to sell to making 10k months. While it’s very possible it can be difficult to get our subconscious mind on board so the stair step affirmations help you to get there.


Whatever it may be, you want to essentially create these stair steps that allow you to get to that destination affirmation that you desire and deserve. The quickest way to tell if you're energetically aligned with an affirmation or not aligned with it is if you notice yourself saying it and you feel so much resistance that you can't even really get it out. That typically means that you need to start doing some stair step affirmations to get there.


I will say it is normal to have some level of resistance around your affirmations, but they are meant to push you out of your comfort zone.


So up to this point, you've identified what you want. You throw out a statement that you could energetically get behind. And now the next step is to commit to making that affirmation the norm. So there's a couple of different ways that you can make this affirmation your norm. First, you can meditate on it every single day.

You could record yourself saying it and play it to yourself before you go to bed. When your brain is slowly winding down, you could stand in the mirror and say it. You can set an alarm on your phone that goes off a certain number of times a day to remind you to say it. You could Journal. There are so many different ways that you can prioritize your affirmation.


I recently helped a client create a vision board around her affirmation as well. So what I would challenge you to do is I would challenge you to consider, what is this affirmation? And then how can you make it be a part of your every single day?


Remember, what we're trying to do is we're trying to undo the negative thinking that is allowing us to or causing us to attract the things that we don't want in our life. And we're wanting to replace that with the thinking and the processing that is going to allow you to call them things you do desire into your life.


With that daily commitment and that daily practice, I want to give a little bonus tip: Research shows that it takes about 400 repetitions- but if you gamify it the process could potentially happen a lot sooner!

Meaning if you find a way to make reciting your affirmations fun you can speed up the process.


So dance while you're saying your affirmations, say your affirmations and pair it with your squats or your push ups for the day, count the number of times you're saying your affirmations whatever you can do to make the affirmation game fun I challenge you to do just that.


I love affirmations so much because they allow you to replace negative thoughts that have bombarded your thinking and negatively impacted your success and they allow you to replace it with thoughts that serve your success that help you to move in that direction. Affirmations essentially allow you to move out of your limited comfort zone into an expansive growth territory and there's so much amazingness that takes place there.
