I pray you haven't thrown in the towel. Today I want to share the main reasons people stop writing their book.

1. Procrastination- They believe that they have enough time left to write. Or they never set a timeline so they don’t work at all because they don’t have a planned end date. With my very first book idea, I kept saying I will get to it someday and I never did and now I don’t even remember what that book was supposed to be about at all unfortunately.
2. Don't know where to start. This was what got me lost in the very beginning. I was overwhelmed with the idea of where to begin and when I realized that there were so many moving parts it made me feel overwhelmed and I decided to just throw in the towel all together. Why try to blaze your own trail when you have support and directions from someone who has walked the exact same path and succeeded? You do not have to make the process any more difficult than it already is. Seek out support from others and take the pressure and confusion off of yourself.
3. Quit once they get stuck or frustrated. Writing a book is a scary path to take and frankly for most of us a very new step. You start feeling motivated and before you know it you are overwhelmed, stuck or confused and then the motivation wears down. When you get to this point, it is easy to give up completely with your author goal.
4. No accountability. How many times have you set goals and then given up on them because you are accountable to no one.

Trust me when you realize how much money you are losing out on you will indeed recognize that you do have enough money to publish your book.
