The Reflective Process to Better Understand Your Hurt

When life changes in ways that cause pain the process of healing can be overwhelming. 


Many people shirk under the pressure and chose to stay in a victim mentality and refuse to move forward with healing


You may ask why do some people avoid healing. The truth is because it hurts. You have to go through it to get through it, but that process is far from easy.


It takes a lot of emotional and physical strength.

 
In today's video, I am going to share a reflective journaling process I use with my clients to help them contemplate where the hurt stemmed from, how our body has responded if it's helping or hurting and how to move forward.
