Self love and self care sound very similar and actually the two fall under the same umbrella. In fact self care is a critical component to self love. While self love is regard for one’s own well-being and happiness. Self care is taking action to improve your overall well being. Self love is being present with your body while self care is doing something your body needs Self love is taking responsibility for your life.

Self care is taking care of yourself when dealing with a difficult life experience For years I indulged in self care practices as my way of taking care of myself What I learned is while that practice took care of the physical I was struggling still. That’s when I learned about self love. Self love is truly loving yourself each and every part. Self love is sitting quiet with yourself and being able to exist with yourself. Self love is about truly connecting with yourself. Now self love is not about watching this video or trying things every now and again.
