How to STOP being distracted by your phone

Every other second our phone is buzzing and binging notifying us of a million different ways to we are trying to juggle and balance our busy life.
The average person has 120 phone sessions per day, and in turn every time we give our attention to these notifications we lose between 25%-100% of our productivity.
You may not even realize how often you're answering or responding to your phone. The worst part is that the majority of time what we spend our time doing on our phone is a TOTAL waste of time.
Instead of my phone being tempting to throw me off of my goals, I have turned my phone into my best tool with my goal process
I use my notes app to write down the things that come to my mind in the middle of the night, I use my note apps to jot down my to do list
So I have chosen to make my phone work in my favor
