Why create a course if people can just google the same information?
"Why will people buy a course from me ?"So many people want to create a course but struggle with the thoughts of not feeling good enough. These beliefs will stop you dead in your tracks. So in today’s article, I want to share why people would purchase a course from you.Currently we have information overload. Everywhere you turn there is info. Google, Yahoo, YouTube etc. has a ton of information and it can feel like you’re competing with this. but some of the information is valuable, some is outdated, some is outright WRONG. People don’t want to spend time behind overwhelmed with too much information and then trying to sort through information that may not even be relevant. Also note that search engines provide you information, but your job is to take that info and dive deep with your audience. So maybe people could find ten tips to write a book, your job is to make those steps applicable. So when people purchase a course from you it is because they want a chance to cut down the overwhelm of trying to figure it out on their own. In addition your audience is looking for a good solution from a trustworthy and credible source. As an expert they are getting a chance to learn from you which is a huge benefit in of its self. And it’s likely you’re more of an expert than you know. The definition of expert is someone who has gained their expertise through their experience. Research says that most people will spend on average 10-15 minutes researching something before feeling exhausted and give up. So you have done the research, you may even have experience with it so that alone makes you an expert. In addition you are saving them time. Plus you’re creating an opportunity to solve a problem that’s probably on their mind, but they haven’t worked at addressing. It’s important to note that people are not paying you for information; they’re paying for transformation and for a result.Sign up for my free course creation challenge here: https://nicolyawilliams.com/coursecreationchallenge
