Consistency is Key

When it comes to what you really want in life do you feel like you're consistently going after it?

If you're like most people then the answer is probably "no". The truth is consistency is the bridge from failure to success. but most people never cross it because it looks like hard work.

The truth is...it is. But it is well worth it. 

Being consistent is essential if you want to make any worthwhile and significant change within your life.

Many times we believe that if we set goals and are super intense in ate beginning that will work, but consistency beats intensity. Think about it. If you work out really hard for an hour it does NOT have the same impact as working out consistently over 6 months.

The biggest benefit of consistency is that it creates healthy habits that contribute to your success.
