How to raise your vibration!
Everything is energy the phone you’re holding to read this, the car you drive, the spaces you’re in, the people you’re around
EVERYTHING!!!
We are all vibrating at a certain level and your body’s sensations, emotions and feelings are highlighting that energetic state.
The universe is vast and expansive, and we're all a part of it. We all have our own energy that makes us who we are. If you want to change your energy or "vibration," there are some basic steps you can follow to help raise your vibration.
Become self aware.
The first step in raising your vibration is becoming self-aware. You can’t see the forest for the trees, so it’s important to take a moment and reflect on who you are and what you want out of life.
Being self-aware means being aware of your thoughts and feelings, but it also means being aware of your body, surroundings, energy levels, environment, emotions and spirit. These are all parts of yourself that contribute both positively or negatively to your overall health. If anything about these things isn’t working for you then try changing them before trying any other methods for raising your vibration!
You can notice of these areas aren’t working for you if you pay attention to your intuition. When your body feels off or you’re noticing triggers this is a tell tale sign that the place, person or thing isn’t serving you.
Meditate daily.
The term “meditation” can be confusing, but it basically means sitting still and paying attention to your breath. This helps you clear your mind, relax, and feel more positive. It can also help you to feel more calm and focused—two things that will help raise your vibration levels!
With that said meditation doesn’t have to look like you crossing you legs and humming. Although I did recently learning that when you sit cross cross applesauce style you’re helping your brain to communicate better and you get into a calmer state ! That blew me away and because of it when I remember I do try to sit with my legs crossed.
It doesn’t have to be that you go on some weekend retreat where you can’t talk for two days etc.
Your goal is to find a way to make mediation work for you- no matter what that looks like.
As a person who has a hard time being still for a long time I just commit to five minutes of stillness when I first wake up. This has helped me to clear my mind and to really turn up my intuition. It’s not long, it’s not a big ask. It’s a simply strategy I added to my morning routine that has changed the trajectory of my day.

Follow a diet that works for you.
Eat less processed and refined foods.
This one sounds obvious, but it's a biggie: If you want to raise your vibration and improve your mental health, you'll want to avoid the junk food in favor of fresh foods. Think about how much better you feel when you eat fresh fruits and veggies as opposed to processed snacks. Plus, they have more vitamins!
Eat whole foods instead of refined sugars.
Refined sugars are another big no-no; they're usually added to processed foods that we'd be better off avoiding anyway—think candy bars or soda pop—so try cutting back on these products if you can! If it's not going away completely (who wants black coffee for breakfast?), then at least limit yourself to just one piece per day so it doesn't become too much of an indulgence or habit among all your other healthy eating habits
Incorporate yoga as part of your weekly routine.
Incorporating yoga into your weekly routine is a great way to release stress, relax and get in touch with your body.
Yoga can also be really helpful if you are struggling with any of the following:
Depression or anxiety
Tension headaches
Insomnia
Digestive problems (and other chronic illnesses)
Moving your body is scientifically proven to increase endorphins which are natural highs and a natural way to feel good.
Get rid of negative people and things in your life
Get rid of toxic people in your life.
Get rid of toxic food in your diet.
Get rid of toxic habits.
Get rid of toxic thoughts.
Get rid of toxic relationships.
Get rid of toxic environments (whether physical or virtual).
And get away from things and situations that are bad for you as well, like junk foods and computers/phones when you're trying to focus on something else!
Research says that we are an average of who we spend our time with and how we spend our time . So knowing this if you want to see a change in your mindset and energy you have to also adjust your external world to reflect the change you desire to see .
You can change the energy around you by working on yourself.
Raising your vibration is a process of working on yourself. You can do this by practicing self-love and meditation, as well as other things like eating healthier, exercising more often, spending time in nature and listening to uplifting music. If you begin to practice these things regularly, you will notice a change in the energy around you—people will treat you better and life situations will improve.
You can also do this by studying energy modalities such as EFT, hypnosis and NLP. Inside of The ELEVATE Method we both teach and certify in these modalities because we recognize that in order to be an effective coach you have to not only take care of your energy but to also support your clients at doing the same .
I personally use these tools daily and it has changed my entire life ! For example, this morning I tapped on the anxiety feelings that weee coming up for me and literally within minutes I felt like a whole new person. The truth is our tough emotions are actually a reflection of stale energy being stored in our body and needing to be tapped out. EFT helps you to do just that!
If you want a change to experience these tools yourself personally and would also be open to considering how you can weave them into the work you do sign up for the
Get rest !
Those who have deeply researched sleep and it’s benefits believe that deep sleep or slow-wave sleep—is the main time when your body renews and repairs itself. This stage of sleep appears to be the one that plays the greatest role in energy
When we try to skip sleep we actually end up feeling off energetically, anxious, unable to concentrate, short tempered and it can even affect our physical health and our overall performance day to day.
Sleep allows the brain and body to slow down and engage in processes of recovery, promoting better physical and mental performance the next day and over the long-term.
Do not skimp on your sleep. It’s a decision you will live to regret. Notice when your body feels well rested whether 6 hours, 10 hours or 8 hours and a few naps and make it a priority to get your beauty rest.
Conclusion
As always, make sure you’re listening to yourself and your own needs. The most important thing is to make sure that you take care of yourself and get enough rest. Take time if you need it, and remember you don’t have to change everything overnight. Take one strategy and try it today. You will notice how your energy begins to shift.
