How do you approach your goals?

Are you intentional about laying out what you desire to accomplish and then going after it but sometimes lack consistency?

Maybe you are working towards your goal, but don’t seem to be making much progress.

Maybe you’re overwhelmed and frustrated because your goals have been put on the back burner due to all of your “busy-ness”.

I’ll be totally honest goal setting requires discipline,  consistency, sacrifice and dedication. 

While that may sound like a lot the outcome is sooo worth it.

Having a goal is great, but it’s imperative that you’re actually moving in the direction of your goals.

I mean seriously imagine driving somewhere new with no sense of direction.

You may get there but it will take you a lot longer and you will likely be more stressed frustrated and tired.

I don’t want that for you. I want you to know where you’re headed and the exact steps you need to get there.

At the end of each month, I take time to reflect on my previous month and what went well. I then take some time to identify what I would like to work towards moving forward.

Ending the month with this reflection practice has allowed me to:

-Learn from my setbacks and failures

-Create a strategic plan for success moving forward

-Operate from a place of gratitude for all of what I have done

I do this with my clients and we have been able to create massive shifts and breakthroughs. This is what’s inspired me to teach others the process as well.

On the last day of the month, I will do a FREE live training where you can review and reflect on your previous month's success and setbacks, the strategic steps you need to take for your upcoming goals, plus goal-setting hacks.
Also, you will get a chance to get your most pressing questions answered.

This month I will discuss not only how to set your intention for the month but how to visualize it. And if you don’t know about visualization know that it is a POWERFUL and life-changing tool that you definitely need to involve in your goal-setting process. 

Simply put If you can see your goal played out in your mind you can see it lived out in your reality.

This is why I am so passionate about not only helping you to identify your goal but to actually move in the direction of it regularly, therefore, living the life you always envisioned for yourself.

Dr. Nicolya.

Christian, mother, certified life coach, NLP & EFT practitioner, 12X best-selling author, podcast show host, and blogger for women. As you can see I am multi passionate but extra determined haha! For years I was that person with big goals but eventually cake to believe that my goals didn’t matter that I would never officially be able to accomplish them. After all I kept trying and I never got closer to the finish line. 

Needless to say I wanted to give up for a long time but really that’s not way to live.
