Pause in order to PUSH
I know that the days are beginning to seem longer and longer, but how are you using your time now?
Gary V said it best when he said this is the pause you need to push !
You see during this time it’s easy to break down and feel overwhelmed with anxiety. It’s easy to be distracted by some of your poor habits I probably should’ve been addressed along time ago.
It’s easy to be thrown off course. But instead of allowing things outside of our control to take over the best thing we can do is take time to pause reflect and push forward. At the beginning of every month I have my clients identify their big push goals. And push goals are those that push you for outside your comfort zone. A few months ago we would have begged to have extra time in our schedule and now we have it ! How can you be using this time ?
