Today, I'll discuss how to balance feminine and masculine energy as a coach.

We have all heard of the law of attraction, but there are 12 Laws of The Universe that govern our lives

One of the primary laws- The Law of Gender states that we all have the potential to express both feminine and masculine energy; both can be found within us regardless of how we identify. This is the law of the yin and the yang.

This law states that everything has a masculine and feminine side. Everything is made of energy, and this energy has two sides. The Law of Gender is important because it helps us understand that we all have both masculine and feminine energy within us. We need to learn to balance these energies in order to create harmony in our lives.

When you're a coach, life coach or business coach who's leading with feminine energy and teach other people how to do the same thing, sometimes, it's hard to know what produces the most success.

It can be difficult because we're taught in our culture that masculine energy is what's valued most. When you have a lot of masculine energy going into your work as a leader or entrepreneur, it can be hard to know whether what you're doing is the right thing for your business or not.

When I started my coaching business 5 years ago I struggled with this because I bought into the hustle culture that society sells us. After burning out I started to question: "What type of energy should I be leading with?"

There was no way for me to find out through trial and error because I wasn’t even familiar with feminine energy-it was truly so foreign for me. I then hired a coach who was strong in her feminine energy. It was intimidating yet so intriguing for me as well. So I started to study it, and even began to practice it.

So I want to go into this little topic of balancing masculine and feminine energy. Now, I'm not talking about gender here, but rather about energy.

Masculine energy is analytical, structured, and linear. It's logical, focused on results, and results-oriented—think a good coach who can motivate you to get better at whatever it is that you're doing (or even just helps you work through your issues without judging them).

Feminine energy is the receiving energy. Its more emotional, intuitive and relationship-oriented; it looks at the big picture rather than the details of something. This kind of person will help guide others by listening deeply.

Both men and women have both masculine and feminine energies within them. The key is figuring out how to use them to be successful.

When we talk about balancing your energy, what we're really talking about is balancing the two primary forces that guide us through life: Yang (masculine) and Yin (feminine). Yang represents the sun while yin represents the moon; they are not opposites but rather complement one another in creating harmony in our lives. No matter how hard you try to separate yourself from either side—you can't! Our entire world is full of both yang and yin forces at work every single day so there's no reason why our coaching practices should be any different!

Many coaches start their career with a lot of masculine energy. They're strategic and determined, working hard at networking to find clients.

But it's important for these coaches to balance their masculine energy with feminine energy. In my experience, this is one of the biggest issues that holds women back from achieving as much success as they could. I believe creating this balance is one of the secrets behind getting what you want. Knowing how to use your energy (you have masculine and feminine energy) in a way that attracts more of the things you desire is life changing.

As a coach, it's important to be able to balance masculine and feminine energy. If you're not sure what I mean by that, think about the difference between men and women in general. We all know that men represent more of the masculine energy. They're very goal-oriented, they achieve things through action, they take risks and they have a "get it done" attitude.


On the other hand, women tend to be more sensitive, nurturing and empathic human beings—they get involved in deep conversations about feelings (which is all well and good).

  • Get enough sleep. If you're tired, your patience level will be lower and you'll be more likely to resort to anger or criticism when someone doesn't do what they're supposed to quickly enough.

  • Eat well and take time out of your day for exercise. Your body will feel better—and so will your mind!

  • Do something fun every day that makes you feel good about yourself and the world around you (or at least once a week). This could include anything from going for long walks with family members, playing board games with friends, or taking an hour out of the day just for yourself where no one bothers you or expects anything from YOU! It doesn't matter what it is as long as it makes YOU happy!

Think about how you want to feel after a good day's work instead of putting the focus on getting things done.

As a coach, it's important to balance masculine and feminine energy. The more you embrace this concept, the better your coaching will be.

In the end, it’s all about balance. As coaches, we have to be able to balance our feminine and masculine energies in order to create a safe space for others. But this doesn’t mean that one is better than the other; instead, each has value in different contexts. When we can keep this in mind as we go about our work as coaches (or anyone else), we can have more success and happiness in both our personal and professional lives.
