What is the law of attraction

Are you familiar with the law of attraction? Maybe you have read a few books or heard a few people online reference the law of attraction.

Maybe you have seen the movie The Secret and you’re ready to put it in action.

For me this has been a law I have been studying and practicing for about 5 years and it’s life changing.

There's a lot of mystery and confusion surrounding the law of attraction. But what if we told you that it could be as simple as paying better attention? The law of attraction is a spiritual concept which states that you can attract what you want in life-and put simply, being more mindful and grateful helps bring about this result. In fact new age research and information showcases that WE are the ones that create our reality.

“Whatever you’re thinking and feeling today is creating your future” – Marci Shimoff

The law of attraction is a law that says you attract into your life whatever you focus on.

The law of attraction is based on universal laws, like the laws of gravity and the law of vibration .The law of attraction is one of the 12 laws of the universe. If you want to learn more about these laws check out my blog post here: www.nicolyawilliams.com/blog/what-are-the-universal-laws

The Law Of Attraction is a universal law that states whatever you focus on, you will attract into your life.

It has been described by many as a spiritual law because it works on the basis of our thoughts and feelings. When we focus on something that causes us to feel good, we are more likely to attract similar things into our lives; therefore it can be said that this law is also scientific in nature since it follows the laws of science: cause and effect (cause = feeling good about something). The Law Of Attraction has been referred to as philosophical because one of its basic principles is that we create our own reality based upon how we think about things!

Mindfulness can help you focus on your goals

In order to attract the things you want into your life, it can be helpful to focus on what you do want rather than what you don’t. This requires a certain amount of mindfulness and self-awareness. When we are mindful, we are focused on the present moment and not reacting to the past or worrying about the future; this helps us stay positive and grounded because we’re not engaged in negative thoughts about ourselves or our circumstances.

Through being mindful, you can train yourself to focus on one thing at a time instead of multitasking or jumping from one thought or feeling to another. The more practice being mindful—the easier it will be for these skills to carry over into other parts of your life where they might be useful (like attracting good things).

Gratitude can also keep your focus on the positive aspects of your life.

Gratitude can also keep your focus on the positive aspects of your life. This can help to keep you motivated and feeling more connected to others, both of which are important aspects if you want to attract more good things into your life. When you're grateful for what you have now, it helps remind you of all the reasons why it's worth working towards getting even more in the future—you won't be tempted to give up or get discouraged by setbacks.

Gratitude helps us remember all the wonderful things we have right now, so we can feel grateful for those things instead of focused on what's lacking or missing from our lives (which would prevent us from attracting new good stuff into them).

Gratitude is a great tool for staying present in the moment and appreciating all that is around us. If we're constantly thinking about what we don't have or what's missing from our lives, then we can't enjoy all that IS there right now!

You can attract what you want in life through mindful meditation

Meditation is a great way to train your mind to focus on what you want instead of what you don't want. The more time you spend meditating on the things that are good and right for your life, the more energy you will attract towards them. Meditation helps us to be present with our thoughts and emotions, so that they flow through us without getting stuck in any one place too long.

Conclusion

Remember what you can manifest is limitless. You just have to be clear about what you want and how you want it to come into your life and give yourself room to focus on that.
